Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing course fee payments, cancellations, and refunds at Digital SWOT Academy & Consulting. By enrolling in any of our courses and paying the applicable fees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

2.1 Course Fee Structure

  • The total course fee for our programmes is as published on the official website (digitalswot.org) at the time of enrollment, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • An 18% GST is applicable on all course fees and booking amounts, in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax laws of India.
  • To reserve a seat for an upcoming batch, a non-refundable booking amount must be paid upfront.
  • The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid in full on or before the date the classes commence.

2.2 Refund Policy

  • Once classes have commenced, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • If a student cancels their registration at least 10 days before the scheduled class commencement date, the booking fee will be refunded.
  • The booking fee is the only portion eligible for refund.
  • GST amount paid is non-refundable.
  • Refund requests received less than 10 days before commencement will not be eligible for any refund.

2.3 Cancellation Procedure

  • Students must notify the administration team via email or phone.
  • Cancellation requests should include full name, course, batch details, and reason.
  • Requests must be received at least 10 days before class commencement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

2.4 Non-Transferable Enrollment

  • Course slots and registrations are strictly non-transferable.
  • Fees paid cannot be transferred to another person or future batch.

2.5 GST on Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only for the principal booking amount.
  • GST amount is not refundable.

2.6 Changes to This Policy

Digital SWOT Academy & Consulting reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
